Is it possible to make plywood from a sample?

Thanks to our 3D scanner(reverse engineering) we have the technical capability to produce shapes from samples, as well as from photos and 3D files (IGS or STEP) and according to individual customer drawings.

Is it possible to make a plywood moulding based on a specific design or sample?

↓
We offer more than 800 of our own moulds, from which we produce many different shapes. If you do not find a suitable mould for you in the offer, our engineering department will be pleased to make one for you. The completed mould becomes your property, however, it needs to work for us for a minimum of 3 years.

Can a smaller format / different size be cut from a given plywood moulding?

Yes, it is possible to cut smaller formats from existing mouldings.

Does the plywood moulding come in a different thickness?

↓
For most of our mouldings it is possible to produce parts with thicknesses that differ from the nominal thickness. Please contact us for details.

What is the price of a particular product?

Our products are subject to individual pricing. The final cost is influenced by, among other things: shape, type of wood, finish, processing or number of pieces.

Can I ask for help in choosing plywood?

What kind of plywood do you offer?

Drewsystem offers untreated/raw plywoods or those with advanced processing. We have the option of CNC moulding, pressing of outer veneers and application of varnish, oil and upholstery. Please feel free to contact us for more details.

What kind of plywood are the chairs made of?

Our chairs are made of plywood from hardwood (mainly beech). We use veneers or laminates on the outer surfaces of some products.

Are the plywood chairs certified?

Yes, our chairs are certified for durability and hygiene.

Are the chairs assembled or for assembly?

↓
All chairs in our assortment can be assembled or self-assembled.

Are the upholstery used on the chairs certified (e.g. flame retardant)?

Most of our upholstery is certified for flame retardancy, hygiene certificate and special certificates (e.g. marine or light (UV) resistance).

Do the chair legs have a safety device to reduce the risk of scratching the floor?

Yes, each of our chairs can be fitted with special feet or castors that effectively prevent scratching the surface.

Are the chairs stackable?
